WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
You can arrive from 5 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. The brunch option allows you to stay until 1 pm.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
You receive a complimentary breakfast hamper for each morning of your stay when you book directly via our website. It is delivered to your treehouse at 9 am and is composed of pastries, bread, homemade yoghurts, granola, local jams, honey, meats and cheese. Please let us know if you have any allergies a few weeks prior to arrival.
CAN I BOOK A ONE-NIGHT STAY?
Yes! Most of the time the minimum stay is 1 night - however, we do have special offers for longer stays. Different minimum stays apply to different times of the year, for instance, summer stays (July & August) are a minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday. At Christmas, the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please get in touch if you would like to book a shorter stay and we will accommodate it if possible.
HOW MANY ADULTS CAN SHARE A TREEHOUSE?
Our treehouses are suitable for a maximum of two adults and two children (16 years old and under) only. To maintain the quality of the experience and the calm nature of the site the treehouses cannot accommodate 4 adults sharing.
CAN I BOOK A MEAL?
We provide meal hampers and special occasion packages, we advise you to book these at the time of reservation to avoid disappointment. You can add any extras to your stay up to 1 week before you are due to arrive.
CAN I BOOK A MESSAGE, YOGA OR MEDITATION?
You can book your treatments directly with Abbey on +33 (0)6 83 24 62 72 our recommended specialist (she is bilingual). Abbey takes payment by cash or French cheque.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is prohibited inside the treehouses. An ashtray is provided in each treehouse. We ask that guests dispose of the cigarettes responsibly to avoid fires.
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
The treehouses are highly insulated, heated and have air conditioning so are comfortable in all weathers. During extreme weather or during power outages we will be obliged to cancel your stay - you can ask for a refund or can postpone your stay within one year.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I CANCEL MY STAY?
Please email us ASAP if you need to cancel your stay. Bookings cancelled within 1 week prior to arrival will not be entitled to a refund. Prior to a week before arrival - if your dates are resold you will be entitled to a refund for the amount the stay is resold for minus a 75€ cancellation charge. If your dates cannot be resold then you will not be entitled to a refund of any monies paid. You can modify your reservation up to 6 weeks before arrival for an administration fee of 75€.
We advise all guests to obtain sufficient travel insurance for their stay should they be unable to come for any reason.
